Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are an AI-driven tech startup seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives.

This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams, transforming advanced machine learning models into scalable, customer-facing solutions.

You will balance two key focus areas:

1. Scaling and evolving a proven enterprise dubbing platform.
2. Building next-generation voice products, including voice agents, enterprise APIs, and real-time broadcasting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature definition and detailed product specifications for core products.
• Lead the productization of machine learning models into reliable, production-ready services.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, research, design, and operations.
• Define and articulate product vision and strategy while remaining hands-on in execution.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Gather customer and stakeholder insights to inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Translate requirements into clear, prioritized product roadmaps.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate using data-driven insights.
• Accelerate growth through strategic integrations with platforms and ecosystem partners.
• Maintain continuous alignment with the CTO on long-term product strategy and priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience in at least two of the following: generative AI, APIs, ML research collaboration, or data-intensive products.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical software development experience.
• Strong technical understanding of software development processes and product lifecycles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills.
