Job Description and Profile:

The Product Design and Human Factors Engineering team works to integrate design processes and human‑factors engineering as an integral part of the engineering workflow for product development. The team provides tools, methods, and processes for implementing user‑centered design and serves as a professional authority within the organization.

The Project Manager role is a managerial position that includes:

• Strong analytical skills, high understanding, and excellent communication abilities.
• Broad implementation of methodologies and work processes within division projects.
• Ongoing, rigorous oversight of implementation by selected subcontractors.
• Managing a wide range of subcontractors and overseeing design processes across multiple projects.
• Collaboration with UX teams and development teams.
• Building project teams according to organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Design (Graphic, Industrial, or UX-related fields such as Psychology or Human‑Factors Engineering).
• Experience in system characterization and working with developers and product managers.
• Assertive and communicative—able to guide and explain ideas and concepts clearly; strong verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English; strong document‑writing skills in both languages.
• Familiarity with UI/UX characterization and design processes.
• Familiarity with industrial design and its workflows.
• Over 2 years of experience in project management.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and proven responsibility.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven.
