Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead)

A leading product-based tech company in Petah Tikva is looking for a strong Senior Software Developer (Tech Lead) to join a dynamic and advanced development team.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who wants to take real ownership — leading projects, driving architectural decisions, and shaping development processes while still being deeply involved in the code.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

* Lead technical projects and development processes within the team

* Work closely with a team of 6 developers

* Design and build scalable product features and infrastructure

* Take ownership of architecture and technical standards

* Develop high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready code

* Work in a complex, distributed production environment

🔹 Requirements:

* 5+ years of hands-on development with C# and ASP.NET (including Legacy ASP.NET and .NET Core / .NET 8+)

* Strong experience designing and building RESTful APIs, infrastructure, and distributed systems

* 5+ years of experience with SQL Server (complex queries, optimization, database management)

* Client-side experience with TypeScript & React

* Experience with RabbitMQ or other message queues

* Strong English communication skills

🔹 Nice to Have:

* Experience with MongoDB (data models, indexing, complex queries)

* Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, etc.)

* Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar)

* Docker / Kubernetes

* B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering
