Lead Snowflake Developer

We are looking for a Lead Snowflake Developer for a highly impactful and meaningful role in the financial sector!

What will you do?

• Lead the implementation and operationalization of an enterprise-level Snowflake environment.

• Manage and oversee the Snowflake architecture across the organization.

• Develop advanced data pipelines and automated workflows.

• Integrate and implement GenAI capabilities within the data ecosystem.

• Mentor development projects and enforce strict technological standards and best practices.

• Take ownership of mission-critical processes in the production environment.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of proven hands-on experience in Snowflake development – Must.
• Expert-level SQL proficiency.
• Solid programming experience in Python.
• Proven track record in managing and optimizing complex data processes.
• Strong technical orientation combined with deep business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the banking/financial sector – A major advantage.
