What You'll Do:
·Office Management & Facility Support: Oversee day-to-day office operations in our Holon office. Manage relationships with landlords, service providers, and vendors. Ensure the office environment is functional, safe, and well-maintained. Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
·Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the local team and visiting executives. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing documents/presentations in both English and Hebrew.
·Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and transportation for staff and visitors. Process related expenses and reimbursements in accordance with company policy.
·Vendor & Contract Management: Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing local vendors for services such as cleaning, catering, maintenance, and other office needs. Support the administration of service contracts and payments.
·Event & Meeting Coordination: Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, team events, and small-scale external meetings. Handle logistics, venue booking, catering, and other arrangements.
·Documentation & Compliance Support: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems. Assist the HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks related to local compliance, document preparation, and record-keeping as needed.
What You'll Need:
· Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an office administration, executive assistant, or office management role, preferably within an international or start-up environment in Israel.
· Knowledge & Skills:
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.
· Basic understanding of office management procedures and supplier management.
· Languages: Fluency in Hebrew and professional working proficiency in English are mandatory for daily communication, documentation, and vendor management.
· Other: Reliable, discreet with sensitive information, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Annual Gross Salary:
Negotiable. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.
