Bookkeeper | PassportCard PAY

PassportCard Group is looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and highly responsible Bookkeeper to join our dynamic, international fintech environment and play a key role in our ongoing financial operations.

🔎 Role Overview

As part of our Finance team, you will take ownership of core accounting processes and support the group’s day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex, multi-currency bank reconciliations, including ongoing work with banks, clearing providers, and financial institutions בארץ ובחו״ל

• Analyze discrepancies, investigate irregularities, and provide professional resolutions

• Process, control, and reconcile vendor invoices

• Issue customer invoices and perform customer reconciliations

• Handle payments, receipts, and banking transactions

• Record journal entries and support month-end closing processes

• Work closely with internal finance interfaces and cross-functional teams

Requirements

:• Bookkeeping Certificate Type 2 – mandatory (Type 3 – advantage

)• 2–3 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, with strong emphasis on bank reconciliations – mandator

y• Experience with high-volume, multi-currency reconciliations – significant advantag

e• Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) – mandator
