Technical Writer

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team and help create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation for our SaaS security platform. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to translate complex technical concepts into structured and accessible content for both internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation including user guides, API documentation, release notes, integration guides, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to understand features and technical workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and structured content.
• Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
• Manage the documentation lifecycle from planning and creation to publishing and updates.
• Support customer-facing teams with accurate technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS company.
• Strong ability to understand APIs, system architecture, and technical workflows.
• Experience working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technical concepts.
• Experience with documentation tools and publishing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
