Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, representing clients in hearings and negotiations, conducting legal research, and managing cases in areas like commercial law, real estate, employment law, and litigation. Effective collaboration with clients and colleagues will be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and review
• Strong research and analytical skills for interpreting legal documents and cases
• Experience with litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Knowledge of commercial, corporate, employment, and real estate law
• Fluency in both Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for client relations and teamwork
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Licensed to practice law in Israel and in good standing with the Israel Bar Association
• Prior related experience in legal firms or in-house corporate legal departments is an advantage
