What Will You Do

• Lead and mentor a team of SIEM, SOAR, and EDR specialists across multi-client MSSP environments.

• Drive detection engineering, playbook development, and incident response across platforms including QRadar, Splunk, Elastic, Microsoft Sentinel, and more.

• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex security incidents and operational challenges.

• Continuously improve detection use cases, automation workflows, and operational maturity for our clients.

• Step in directly with clients when your team needs backup, you're the safety net, not a spectator.

• Prepare both technical and executive-level reports in Hebrew and English.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in security operations SIEM, SOAR, EDR.

• Strong working knowledge of platforms such as QRadar, Splunk, Elastic, and Microsoft Sentinel.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate a technical team.

• Someone who thrives under pressure and delivers results in demanding, multi-client environments.

• Excellent Hebrew & English written and verbal.

Big Plus:

• Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, SC-200, vendor-specific, etc.).

• Experience with detection-as-code, SOAR automation, or custom integration development.

• Familiarity with offensive security tools and methodologies.
