JobTestPrep is an international company that develops online preparation packs for screening and recruitment tests in leading companies and organizations in the U.S., the U.K., and additional countries. The company has been operating for over 30 years and provides simulations, tests, and professional instructional content to thousands of customers worldwide. The company develops training content for finance, government roles, academic tests, managerial positions, and technical roles in various companies.

Role Definition

This role involves product management from the development stage through marketing responsibility:

Full instructional content development – writing questions, solutions, and explanations, building simulations, guides, and instructional videos – at a high professional level and adapted to international screening tests.

The development is carried out through in-depth learning of the tests, using a variety of information sources, and translating the knowledge into clear and accurate content for users.

Marketing content creation – the role requires creating marketing content for the preparation products you developed: explainer videos, web pages, trial tests, etc.

Optional – suitable candidates will be given the option to advance to a role in the product team, where they will lead and implement technological developments in the company.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Content development – questions, guides, full simulations, and instructional videos.
• Creation of supporting media – charts, tables, visual questions, simple explainer videos.
• Information collection – locating and using internal and external sources in order to create reliable, evidence-based content.
• Writing and phrasing – producing clear and detailed solutions and explanations, and a clear and marketing-oriented product description.
• Test learning and analysis – understanding the structure of the tests and their requirements.
• Teamwork – collaboration on shared projects, giving and receiving professional feedback.
• Handling content-related inquiries from customers – providing professional responses and drawing conclusions to improve the preparation packs.
• Assistance with additional tasks – product testing, writing technical requirements, marketing content.

Mandatory Requirements

• Very high level of English (reading, writing, and wording).
• Psychometric score of 680+ or a proven equivalent.
• High analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear writing ability.
• Proven experience working in a team.
• Technological orientation.

Advantages

Employment Conditions

Hybrid position: two workdays per week from home and three days from the offices on the border of Bnei Brak–Ramat Gan (near the Ben Gurion light rail station).
