The company is located in Central Israel (train-accessible) and operates a hybrid work model with two days of remote flexibility.
Role Overview:
- Production AI Development: Joining a core team focused on bringing LLMs into production environments at scale.
- End-to-End AI Engineering: Taking ownership of both model development and the supporting production infrastructure.
- Advanced RAG & Logic: Implementing sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, focusing on technical challenges like chunking strategies and data retrieval optimization.
- Product Innovation: Developing key GenAI features including Text Generation, Code Completion, and advanced Prompt Engineering.
- Scalable Systems: Building robust AI-driven services within a Cloud environment using Python.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional Engineering experience – Mandatory.
- Recent, hands-on experience with LLMs in Production – Mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python development – Mandatory.
- Proven experience working in Cloud environments – Mandatory.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university – Mandatory.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, including RAG, fine-tuning, and model
