Senior Clinical AI Analyst (MD)

Responsibilities:

• Be part of Navina's Clinical AI team, working under the Clinical AI Lead on the development of advanced AI and LLM-based solutions that solve complex clinical problems and power cutting-edge features used by healthcare providers at the point of care
• Research and analyze medical data to inform model development and product decisions
• Annotate clinical data and validate the performance of AI and LLM-based models
• Conduct data analysis and present findings clearly to support cross-functional decision-making
• Write and iterate on prompts as part of ongoing prompt engineering efforts
• Collaborate closely with data science, product, medical, and engineering teams to bring clinical expertise to all stages of AI development

• Medical Doctor (MD)
• Critical thinker with very high attention to detail
• Passion for technology, innovation, and solving complex problems
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  
  

• Strong background in research, with a data-oriented and analytical mindset
• Experience using programming languages for research (Python, R, or similar)
• Experience working with LLMs or other generative AI tools
• Proficiency in SQL or other data querying tools
• Background/experience with US healthcare, particularly value-based care
