We are hiring a Windows System Engineer to join an existing infrastructure team in a highly hands-on role within a large-scale, multi-server Production environment.

This position is ideal for a strong hands-on professional who enjoys working at the infrastructure level, solving complex technical issues, and being deeply involved in day-to-day operations.

The role involves full infrastructure management and maintenance in a closed (Air-Gapped) environment, operating in an On-Premises setup only.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
• Administer Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Work with VMware and virtualization platforms
• Manage storage and backup systems
• Maintain and support communication networks
• Work with security products (Firewall, Antivirus, etc.)
• Operate in a multi-server, multi-user Production environment
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide end-to-end infrastructure support

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure roles
• Proven experience working in multi-server Production environments
• Experience managing servers in VMware environments
• Experience with backup and storage systems
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience working with security products
• Experience building and maintaining communication networks
• Solid hands-on On-Prem experience
