This is a full-time, on-site role located in Haifa for a Co-Manager of the Environmental/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering Division. The position involves managing engineering projects, conducting environmental and risk analyses, supervising safety measures, collaborating with clients on hazardous materials management, and leading compliance activities. The Co-Manager will also oversee environmental surveys, risk mitigation assessments, and various field operations.

• Strong expertise in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in project management, client collaboration, and technical leadership
• Knowledge of HAZOP studies, QRA, environmental surveys, and hazardous materials risk management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and safety standards in chemical and environmental sectors
• Attention to detail and ability to handle complex engineering challenges
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage
