We are an early-stage agri-tech startup building a data platform for bulk agriculture.
We combine hardware sensors, cloud software, data analytics, and AI to help customers make better decisions, reduce operational risk, and prevent losses across agricultural storage and handling operations.
The industry we operate in is highly traditional and largely data-poor, and we are building the technology that brings real-time visibility, intelligence, and automation into daily operations.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Embedded Hardware Engineer who enjoys building real-world hardware systems and solving complex engineering challenges. As one of the early engineering hires, you will take ownership of the hardware and embedded side of the platform and help shape the architecture of a system that connects IoT devices, cloud infrastructure, and data intelligence.
We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, thinks outside the box, and is willing to work hard to build something meaningful from the ground up. If you enjoy high ownership, fast learning, and building real technology used in the field, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Design and development of low-power IoT hardware systems.
PCB design, prototyping, and hardware optimization.
Battery design and power management for long-life field devices.
Development of embedded firmware for microcontrollers and sensor systems.
Implementation of wireless communication technologies (LoRa, BLE, RF, sub-GHz).
Hardware testing, validation, debugging, and preparation for production.
Integration of hardware devices with cloud systems and data platforms.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in electrical engineering or embedded hardware development.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
Experience with PCB design and hardware development.
Experience working with embedded systems and microcontrollers.
Experience with wireless communication technologies.
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment.
Ability to work independently with high ownership and responsibility.
Creative thinker who can approach problems from new angles.
Strong work ethic and motivation to build impactful products.
Nice to have
Experience with IoT systems.
Experience working with low-power devices or battery-operated systems.
Experience bringing hardware products from prototype to production.
Background in data-heavy or hardware-driven industries.
