YozmaTech is hiring a Growth Team Lead to own and scale our revenue engine.
You will lead:
. Social & Community
. Business Development
. GTM AI Builder
. Additional growth hire (in progress)
We’re looking for someone who combines:
✔ Strong Sales & Business Development background
✔ Marketing & funnel understanding
✔ Leadership experience
✔ Data-driven mindset
✔ Fluent Hebrew (Russian – advantage)
This is not a “manager” role.
This is a growth driver role.
You’ll work directly with the CEO to:
. Improve conversion rates
. Build a predictable pipeline
. Align marketing + outbound + sales
. Implement AI-powered GTM systems
. Lead revenue targets forward
