We are looking for an experienced Integration Team Lead to lead the assembly, integration, and testing of complex multidisciplinary systems.

This role requires a strong hands-on engineer with a broad technical understanding across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, combined with the ability to lead technicians and integration activities on the workshop floor.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working close to the hardware, solving real-world engineering challenges, and leading teams in a dynamic development environment.

• Lead the assembly, integration, and commissioning of multidisciplinary systems
• Manage and guide the integration and workshop team
• Oversee day-to-day system builds, testing activities, and technical troubleshooting
• Perform system-level debugging across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces
• Translate engineering designs into clear integration and build procedures
• Work closely with R&D teams (mechanical, electrical, and software) during development and system bring-up
• Ensure high standards of build quality, safety, and process discipline in the workshop
• Improve integration workflows, tools, and documentation
• Support system validation, testing, and field deployment when required

• 3+ years of experience in system integration, electromechanical systems, or complex hardware environments
• Strong hands-on engineering capability
• Solid understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, and system interfaces
• Experience leading technicians or workshop teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced R&D environment

• Background in multidisciplinary system development
• Experience with prototype systems and field deployments
• Familiarity with integration labs and testing environments

• Work on advanced multidisciplinary systems deployed in real operational environments
