Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brewer based in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Brewer will be responsible for overseeing and executing the brewing process, including preparation, brewing, fermentation, and packaging. The role involves maintaining quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring equipment, and maintaining production records. The Brewer is also expected to contribute to recipe development and ensure the brewery operates efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in brewing processes, fermentation, and equipment operation
• Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and sanitation practices in brewing
• Understanding of recipe development and ability to innovate
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a production environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Physical ability to carry out tasks requiring standing, lifting, and working in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant certifications or education in brewing sciences or related fields is a plus
