Role Description

This is a half-time hybrid role, based in Ramat Gan, with flexibility for remote work. As a Digital Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting performance testing, and driving results-oriented strategies. You will collaborate with team members to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to interpret campaign performance and make informed decisions
• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with clients and teams and convey strategic insights effectively
• Proficiency in Performance Management and ability to oversee and optimize campaign goals
• Experience with Performance Testing to improve campaign success metrics
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and current trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or a related field is highly valued
