What’s the role about?

🔹 Leading an engineering integration team (mechanical, system, technicians)
🔹 Integrating an advanced wireless product into robotic platforms (AMR/AGV) 📡🤖
🔹 Developing customized on-site solutions, hands-on integration, real-time adjustments 🛠️⚙️
🔹 Acting as the technological focal point for clients locally and globally 🌍
🔹 Working closely with R&D, hardware, and software teams 💻🔬

The role combines development and integration – with a stronger emphasis on development 🧠.
In a startup like ours, there are full days dedicated to developing solutions 💡, and others focused on smart on-site integrations 🤝.

Mandatory Requirements:

✅ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering – mandatory
✅ 5+ years of experience integrating complex systems – mandatory
✅ Hands-on experience in assembly, wiring, and testing – mandatory 🛠️
✅ Experience leading a technical/engineering team – mandatory 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧
✅ Strong English proficiency – mandatory 🇬🇧
✅ Availability for a full-time position in Be’er Sheva 📍 + willingness to travel to client sites ✈️
