global medical device company is looking for Regional Sales Managers to join its international sales division.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals to manage a robust distributor network and drive growth for a market-leading international brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets within the assigned European region.
  • Channel Management: Lead, support, and optimize a network of local distributors, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and performance standards.
  • Market Development: Identify emerging market opportunities and execute action plans to strengthen the company’s competitive positioning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Medical Device industry, with a proven background in managing international distributor networks.
  • ability to travel extensively within the assigned territories (approximately 70%).
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hebrew (both oral and written). Proficiency in an additional European language is a significant advantage.
