IT Specialist

Fetcherr is an AI-driven company specializing in deep learning, algorithmic trading, and large-scale data solutions. Our core technology, the Large Market Model (LMM), enables accurate demand forecasting and real-time, data-driven decision-making. Originally focused on the airline industry, Fetcherr is expanding its AI solutions across additional industries.

We are looking for a proactive and passionate IT Specialist to organize, maintain, and support our company's IT systems and provide outstanding support to our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for administering internal assets, software, and hardware while ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems. Additionally, you will manage and resolve user-related issues in a timely and professional manner, contributing to a productive dynamic work environment.

• Set up and maintain company IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and security systems
• Ensure systems reliability and secure data management
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the organization
• Perform system monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting as needed
• Provide responsive technical support to team members worldwide
• Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions
• Document IT processes, create user guides, and track company assets
• Coordinate with vendors and handle technology purchases
• Manage IT projects across departments
• Handling additional systems such as security systems, VC (video conferencing) for meeting rooms, and other technical tasks.
• Innovation, initiative, and leading processes in the IT domain.
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration and technical support
• Proven experience working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
• Experience supporting a large employee base as part of a small IT team
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
• Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a “can-do” attitude
• Outstanding communication skills with non-technical users
• Familiarity with information security systems
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
