AI & Data Project Manager (24575)

As an AI & Data Project Manager, you will lead complex projects in the fields of Data, AI, ML, and GenAI from conception to full implementation. This role requires defining project scope, conducting business and technological characterization, maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders, and independently driving processes forward.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Leadership: Lead Data/AI/Technological projects from the initial idea phase through to successful deployment.
• Scope & Coordination: Formulate Statements of Work (SOW) and synchronize efforts between all relevant stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse technical teams, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients to translate business and technological needs into actionable plans.
• Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, ensure KPIs are met, and manage risks effectively to ensure on-time delivery.
• Technical Documentation: Write detailed requirement documents (PRDs) and define KPIs for models, projects, and clients.
• Tools & Reporting: Utilize project management and control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to maintain transparency and provide regular status reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience leading Data Science and technological projects – Mandatory.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
• Project Planning: Rich experience in work-plan formulation, resource allocation, and managing the full project lifecycle (E2E).
• Multi-Interface Ability: Proven ability to work in complex environments with multiple interfaces and cross-team coordination.
• AI/ML Expertise: Experience in AI/ML domains – Strong Advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system architecture.
• Model Training: Understanding of model training architectures and processes – Advantage.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, and a natural problem-solver.
