The AI Product Owner is the bridge between AI innovations and practical business adoption. Unlike traditional product roles that may focus only on delivery, the AI PO is responsible for the entire life cycle, specifically focusing on value generation.

We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of value-oriented mindset and specialized technical literacy focusing on AI.

What will your job look like?

• Define AI Purpose and Value: Work in collaboration with stakeholders to identify business pain points and define the AI's purpose to ensure it solves problems and drives optimal business outcomes.
• Prioritize Product Backlogs: prioritize backlogs to focus efforts on high-value initiatives, preventing wasted resources on "cool" but low-impact features.
• Manage Continuous Evolution: Oversee the operational phase of AI products, collecting feedback and evolving the models to ensure continuous impact and improvement.
• Bridge the Adoption Gap: Act as a translator between technical AI capabilities (like agentic AI) and business needs to ensure that technology is implemented in a way that users can adopt.
• Work closely with AI Product Teams: Direct cross-functional teams in the AI era, providing a clear vision for how AI serves the broader business strategy. Define features with clear success criteria and manage projects backlog and execution.
  
  

• Value-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to link technical features to business value.
• Lifecycle Management: Experience managing products through the operational and evolution phases, not just the initial launch.
• Agile Proficiency: Strong capability in prioritizing backlogs and managing development sprints within an AI/data science context.
• Create User-Centric flows designs, integrated into the daily workflows of the end users.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate and align different organizational functions (Legal, IT, Business Units) to ensure AI adoption.
• Foundational AI Knowledge: must understand AI/ML fundamentals and the unique challenges of GenAI.
• Agentic AI & LLM Familiarity: Understanding of emerging technologies like agentic AI and how they can be leveraged for business workflows.
• Data Fluency: An understanding of data quality, data pipelines, and how data influences model performance.
• Systems Thinking: The ability to see AI products as part of a larger ecosystem of data, users, and business processes.
• Adaptability: Given the rapid pace of AI innovation, the candidate must be a lifelong learner capable of pivoting strategy as technology evolves.
