Algorithm Manager

We are seeking an exceptional, visionary Senior Algorithm Group Manager to lead the core algorithmic research and AI initiatives for a global leader in the Defense Tech industry.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will define the technological roadmap for next-generation sensing and intelligence capabilities, bridging the gap between high-level research and real-world combat-proven applications.

The Role:

• Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term roadmap for sensing, detection, and classification technologies.
• Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor a large, multi-disciplinary group of elite algorithm developers and researchers.
• Innovation & AI: Spearhead the integration of Advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning models into real-time systems.
• Lifecycle Oversight: Take full responsibility for the algorithmic lifecycle - from statistical signal processing to large-scale simulations and performance analysis.
• Executive Impact: Collaborate directly with R&D leadership to align cutting-edge tech with global strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Proven Track Record: At least 10 years of experience in algorithm development (Signal Processing or related fields).
• Leadership Excellence: Minimum of 3 years in a Group Manager position (or higher), leading large-scale technical teams.
• Technical Depth: Deep expertise in Statistical Signal Processing and a proven background in leading AI/ML projects.
• Tech Stack: High proficiency in MATLAB/Python.
• Attributes: A strategic thinker with the ability to drive complex projects in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
