Senior Network Administrator | Petah Tikva | Contract | 6 months with strong possibility of extension

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to lead the delivery, stability, and evolution of our enterprise network infrastructure in Israel while supporting a wider global environment.

This is a senior, hands-on position requiring strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to influence network strategy across multiple sites and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and support scalable network solutions across multiple locations
• Act as the primary escalation point for high-impact incidents and complex troubleshooting
• Lead initiatives focused on performance tuning, capacity planning, and security enhancement
• Collaborate with global infrastructure and security teams to define standards and long-term architecture
• Oversee vendor engagement, hardware procurement, and support agreements
• Guide and mentor junior network engineers
• Contribute to major initiatives including site expansions, integrations, and infrastructure upgrades
• Ensure comprehensive documentation, change control, and operational best practices

What You Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in network administration within enterprise environments
• Advanced expertise with platforms such as Cisco and Juniper Networks (or equivalent enterprise technologies)
• Strong command of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, SD-WAN, and complex routing/switching architectures
• Solid background in network security including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust models
• Experience managing geographically distributed or global networks
• CCNP certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience working across international teams
• Fluency in Hebrew and English preferred
