Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Brewery Production/Brewer role. The individual will be responsible for executing day-to-day operations of the brewing process, including brewing, fermenting, and packaging. Tasks also include ensuring consistency and quality across beer batches, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the brewery, and assisting with inventory and supply management. The role requires attention to detail, troubleshooting, and a dedication to upholding production standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in the brewing process and factory tasks.
• Understanding of cleaning and sanitation practices in a production environment
• Ability to handle and troubleshoot production equipment and processes
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy loads and working on your feet for extended periods
• Knowledge of beer styles, ingredients, and the craft beer industry
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
• Previous experience in brewing or food/beverage production
• Formal education or certification is a plus
