Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and play a key role in driving our company’s growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent who align with our culture, values, and business goals. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting processes and partner closely with hiring managers across departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This role is offered as a temporary maternity leave cover, expected to last approximately six months.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end hiring processes for multiple departments including R&D, Go-to-Market, and Finance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of qualified candidates through creative sourcing methods.
- Lead sourcing efforts for both technical and business roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
- Proactively engage and attract passive candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, professional communities, and social platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of our recruitment process and of different recruiting strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new, creative, outside the box work methodologies
- Drive employer branding efforts through meetups, referral programs, LinkedIn visibility, and participation in industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring success.
- 3+ years of experience in a product tech company, specializing in technical recruitment.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with direct sourcing channels (headhunting, networking, referrals, job boards, etc.).
- Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and engage passive candidates while effectively presenting opportunities.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, timelines, and quality of hire.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Hands-on experience with Comeet or similar ATS platforms.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- High attention to detail, creativity, curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Customer-first approach with a focus on collaboration and delivering results.
