Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brewer, based in the Jerusalem District, Israel. The Brewer will be responsible for executing brewing processes, maintaining production schedules, operating and maintaining equipment, monitoring quality standards, and collaborating with the brewing team to ensure product consistency and excellence. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the brewery, troubleshooting operational issues, and adhering to safety regulations and quality control protocols.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of brewing processes, fermentation, and beer production
• Experience in equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of quality assurance practices, sanitation, and safety standards specific to brewing
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
• Ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for extended periods
• Previous professional brewery experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Formal education or certification in brewing or related fields is an asset
