Hands-On Software Python Architect
A leading cyber security company in the Central District of Israel, specializing in threat protection and cyber risk management, is looking for a Hands-On Software Architect to join the Architecture Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Developer/Tech Lead/Team Lead with development experience in Back-End/Infra/DevOps infrastructures to advance into an Architect role
In this role, you will work as part of the architecture team to design, build, and evolve large-scale systems while remaining actively involved in the codebase.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years in software development, system design, and architecture.
- Backend: Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or Python, with subsequent experience in Python coding.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Distributed Systems: Experience designing and operating distributed systems, including messaging or streaming platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Spark).
- Databases: Solid understanding of distributed and non-distributed databases (Postgres, Cassandra, SingleStore, Clickhouse).
- Engineering Standards: Deep knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, security, and agile development.
- Production: Proven experience with production environments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
