COMBLACK is hiring an IT Project Portfolio Manager !
An opportunity to lead the IT division’s project portfolio, bridge strategy with business needs, and influence the planning and execution of work programs.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the IT project portfolio
- Plan annual work programs and budgets
- Develop and implement KPIs and control methodologies
- Collaborate with executive management and cross-organizational stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing complex IT projects — mandatory
- Degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management — mandatory
- Experience in a large (Enterprise) organization and portfolio management — mandatory
- Analytical thinking, systemic vision, and ability to work under pressure
