Information Security & Cyber PMO

COMBLACK is hiring an Information Security & Cyber PMO !

A unique opportunity to join an advanced information security and technology division, be part of the organization’s strategic initiatives, and manage work plans, budgets, and vendor engagements at the highest level.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a PMO, Analyst, or Senior Executive Assistant - mandatory
• Experience working with procurement - creating purchase requests, goods receipt, and vendor management - mandatory
• Familiarity and experience in information security and cyber domains - mandatory
• Experience in budget management and control, including monthly and quarterly reporting -mandatory
• Strong ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports (including for the board of directors)
• Exceptional organizational skills, high self-management, and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with AI tools, Business Intelligence (BI), and task management and planning tools - mandatory
• Experience managing annual work plans - an advantage
