COMBLACK is hiring a Delivery Excellence Lead (Agile / OPEX) !
A cross-organizational, high-impact role responsible for continuous improvement of delivery processes, leading Agile and OPEX methodologies, and working closely with executive management, IT, and business units in a complex enterprise environment.
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience leading Delivery / Agile / OPEX processes in a large organization
• Background in Industrial Engineering & Management or Information Systems — mandatory
• Experience with Scaled Agile / technological transformation
• Experience in consulting firms — a significant advantage
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and lead multiple interfaces
• Process-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset
