🚀 AI Lead (Regional) | Jerusalem & Shfela District | Hybrid

A large and leading organization is looking for a Regional AI Lead to drive artificial intelligence initiatives at the district level.

This is a unique opportunity to lead organizational AI adoption, identify business opportunities, and create real impact by improving productivity and processes through innovative technologies.

📍 Location: Modiin (Jerusalem & Shfela district)

💻 Hybrid – 1 day remote after onboarding

🔎 Role Overview

The role focuses on leading AI initiatives across the organization — from identifying business needs and defining use cases, through implementation and adoption, to measuring business impact.

✅ Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption initiatives aligned with organizational strategy
• Identify business needs and opportunities to improve processes using AI
• Define AI use cases and functional requirements for AI agents and solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders, field teams, and technology units
• Coordinate between business, IT, and organizational learning teams
• Support implementation, user adoption, and organizational change processes
• Monitor adoption, value creation, and business impact of AI solutions
• Share insights, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar – advantage
• At least 3 years of experience leading digital or technological projects
• Strong business process analysis skills – mandatory
• Familiarity with AI concepts and Microsoft AI solutions (Copilot, Azure AI) – mandatory
• Experience working with both business and technical teams
• Experience leading cross-organizational processes and multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) – advantage
• Experience implementing digital or automation solutions in large organizations – advantage
