We are CereBI, and we are rewiring the physical supply chain world. After a successful POC with strategic partners and deep market validation, we are ready to scale.

We’re not starting from scratch. We have significant data assets, a team, and an established development infrastructure. Now, we’re looking for our third pillar, a technical leader to own the R&D and transform our vision into a world-class global product.

Who are we? experienced founders (Business, Product, Legal) with domain experience, backed by strategic development partners, a marketing team, accelerators, and top-tier industry advisors. We need a partner who lives code but also knows how to lead a complex operation.

The Role:

• Scale the MVP: Architect a system capable of handling billions of records.
• Hands-on Leadership: Manage and mentor existing development teams (internal & external).
• Execution: Bridge the gap between a successful POC and a robust, scalable product.
• Strategic Partner: Define the company’s tech DNA and influence the core roadmap.

What we're looking for:

• Tech Mastery: 7+ years in Backend development (Expert Python skills).
• AI & Data: Experience building production-grade AI/data systems (LLMs, RAG, vector databases – strong advantage)
• Leadership: End-to-end architecture ownership, and experience leading development teams (managing remote/outsourced teams is a plus).
• Founder Mindset: Ready to tackle high-speed challenges and build a company from the ground up.
