Security Researcher

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Researcher to join a growing cybersecurity team operating at the forefront of SaaS and AI security.

In this role, you will identify, analyze, and help mitigate emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities across SaaS and cloud environments. You will lead research initiatives, uncover new attack vectors, and translate deep technical findings into actionable intelligence and product improvements that strengthen security posture at scale.

This is a hands-on research position with strong product impact and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct proactive research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Identify and analyze new attack vectors targeting SaaS platforms, identity systems, and cloud architectures.
• Develop proof-of-concept exploits and detection mechanisms to validate risk scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate research insights into security controls and product capabilities.
• Stay up to date with evolving threat landscapes, tooling, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity research, threat intelligence, or a related domain.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, cloud, and web-based attack techniques.
• Hands-on experience in areas such as threat intelligence, penetration testing, identity and access management (IAM), network research, or systems research.
• Strong scripting or programming skills (Python preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong research mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, GXPN, or similar.
• Experience working closely with product-driven security teams.
