Director of Product

We are looking for a Director of Product Management who enjoys solving complex problems, to join our growing growing product team, to lead the company’s core innovative products, and create an intuitive and awesome experience for airlines. This position will be responsible for managing the Israeli product team, focused mainly on onboarding new customers and building and executing existing customer roadmaps. You will work closely with sales, marketing and software development teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager
• 4+ years of direct management of Product Managers
• Proven Leadership capabilities and mentorship skills
• Experience working in a fast paced, hyper-growth, start-up environment
• Understanding of complex technical use-cases and how to solve them with a simple user experience
• Understanding of UX design principles and experience working with customers and UI/UX Designers as part of a design process
• Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and tight time frames.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• An initiator and a pusher. Has the urge and ability to make things happen and solve practical problems in a dynamic environment
• Experience with customer facing activities such as roadmap discussions, requirements gathering, public speaking, etc.
• Business oriented - you know how to manage the small things with the big picture in mind.
