System Team Lead (24583)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced System Team Manager to lead a professional team of infrastructure experts, overseeing activities from initiation and planning through implementation, operations, and ongoing maintenance.

The role includes full responsibility for the design, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure systems, cloud services, server environments, and mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both professional and managerial leadership to the team, set goals, and monitor performance against objectives
• Plan and manage annual work plans
• Lead cross-organizational projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
• Define, implement, and continuously improve operational processes
• Combine hands-on technical involvement with managerial responsibility

Requirements:

• Several years of experience managing infrastructure and/or information security teams in mid-to-large organizations
• Proven experience in managing and building enterprise server environments and systems
• Experience managing and operating public cloud environments
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking services, and information security
• Experience working with virtualization, storage, and backup systems
• Proven experience leading complex projects and working with multiple interfaces
• Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure-as-code environments – advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, manage crises, and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong leadership and team motivation abilities
