Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of software projects — from early initiation and analysis through development, testing, and smooth delivery to production.

This role combines strong execution ownership, Scrum leadership, and cross-functional coordination in a dynamic R&D environment. Projects range from short, focused initiatives to multi-month efforts of complex projects.

The Project Manager is accountable for scope, schedule, quality, and delivery predictability.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development environments.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end software projects to production.
• Experience managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master.

Agile & Delivery Expertise

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and practical application.
• Experience driving sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working closely with engineering, QA, and DevOps.

Planning & Execution Skills

• Strong estimation, planning, and execution tracking skills.
• Experience managing buffers and risks.
• Ability to make execution decisions under uncertainty.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High ownership mindset and delivery focus.
