Technical Product Manager

Baz Cloud is building a platform to simplify how developers understand, collaborate on, and deploy code. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who understands the software development lifecycle from the inside out. In this role, you won’t just manage a backlog; you will act as the bridge between complex engineering capabilities- specifically LLM integrations- and practical user needs. We need someone who can go deep into the codebase when necessary to understand constraints and translate them into a clear product strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead product development from initial concept through launch, ensuring all features align with our long-term goals.
• Write detailed specs, prioritize the roadmap, and work closely with engineering and design to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with customers to identify pain points and gather feedback that directly informs product improvements.
• Define and track KPIs (adoption, retention, churn) to measure success and guide future development cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS, specifically within a startup environment.
• Proficiency with modern AI dev tools is mandatory 
• Proven ability to turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements for the development team.
• Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
• Experience using data to drive decision-making and performance analysis.
• Experience as a former Software Engineer is a significant advantage.
