We’re hiring – Help Desk Tier 1

A large and dynamic company located in the Shfela area (Bnei Ayish, near Gedera & Yavne) is looking for a Help Desk Support Representative to join its internal IT team.

This is an on-site role, providing first-line technical support to internal employees via phone and remote access.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to internal users (phone & remote)
Troubleshoot Windows and Office 365 issues
Manage users and permissions in Active Directory
Support printers, scanners, and end-user equipment
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Help Desk / IT Support (relevant military experience accepted)
Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory
Experience with remote support tools
Experience supporting printers, scanners, and end-user devices
Car ownership is required (the office is not accessible by public transportation)
