Project Manager

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care- from the hospital to the home. We are looking for a highly skilled and talented Project Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

· Manage projects successfully from the initiation phase until complete go-live while achieving projects’ main KPIs and success criteria

· Drive the team and technical experts, ensuring technical feasibility

· Define and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule, work plan and project risks and adjust as needed

· Lead a cross functional multidisciplinary team including R&D, QA, RA, Operations, and other core team members driving to successful and optimal delivery of project objectives

· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders (Marketing, RA, QS, Clinical, Manufacturing, & Ops) about strategy, adjustments, and progress and escalate to management as needed

• Direct Manager: VP of Product and Program Management

· Education:

BSc. in computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering –or similar

· Job skills:

o 1-3 years of project management and related experience (Project # Management Professional certification - an advantage)

o Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams to ensure commitment and cooperation throughout project life cycle

o Excellent analytical and technical skills and a thorough understanding of R&D and its risks

o Experienced in Waterfall and Agile processes

o Experience in medical device project management - Advantage

o Knowledge of project management practices, PMP certification - Advantage

· Computer skills: Full control of all MS-Office applications including Microsoft project

· Language skills: Fluent English

· Personality:

o Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and resourcefulness

o Task oriented, strong dedication and commitment to success

o Great Passion for technology

o Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
