Wanted: Controller for an innovative AdTech company in Tel Aviv (full‑time on‑site).

The chosen candidate will build the company’s finance function from the ground up, establish scalable accounting workflows, and serve as the financial partner to leadership in a fast‑growing AdTech environment. This is a hands‑on, high‑ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in early‑stage, build‑mode settings.

Job Responsibilities:

● Architect and implement scalable financial and accounting workflows end‑to‑end

● Lead internal accounting operations and transition from external bookkeeping to an in‑house structure

● Establish a structured monthly close process with real‑time financial visibility

● Manage inventory accounting, COGS reconciliation, and accuracy across high‑volume operations

● Partner with the COO to support daily financial decisions with reliable data and risk assessment

● Own year‑end audits, sales tax, and statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions

● Identify inefficiencies and lead ERP or automation implementations

● Produce management reports, including budget vs. actuals, to guide strategic decisions

Job Requirements:

● Proven ability to build financial workflows and processes from scratch

● High internal drive and desire to grow with a scaling organization

● Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment

● Certified CPA from a top‑tier academic institution

● 2–4 years of experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller within B2C, DTC, or eCommerce companies

● Advanced Excel skills and ability to extract insights from complex data

● Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
