We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our robust in-house legal team in Israel. As a key part of our legal function, you will gain hands-on experience managing litigation, driving corporate governance initiatives, and working cross-functionally with colleagues worldwide.

Responsibilities

Litigation Support and Management:

• Facilitate and coordinate cross-departmental collection of information and documentation for ongoing litigation matters
• Support legal strategy formulation by liaising with internal stakeholders, compiling relevant facts, and assisting with communication between the legal department, business units, and external counsel
• Oversee administrative aspects of litigation, ensuring deadlines are tracked and materials are organized efficiently
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and discovery requests
  

Corporate Governance & Entity Management:

• Support corporate entity management and ongoing governance activities, including preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, management of signatory authorities, annual filings and registrations across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage and update corporate banking documentation in cooperation with Treasury and Finance teams
• Assist in the tracking of global subsidiary compliance obligations
  

Project Management & Organizational Support:

• Enhance internal processes for legal and corporate governance activities
• Maintain accurate legal files and ensure legal records and registers are up to date
  

Requirements:

LL.B. (or equivalent), with valid Israeli Bar admission (or pending admittance)

2–4 years relevant experience post-internship

Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to multitask, track deadlines, and execute projects independently

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English [INTERNAL NOTE: This is important as most of our litigation and regulatory matters will be conducted in English]

Strong ability to collaborate and coordinate across different internal departments

Exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive and confidential information

A proactive, positive, solutions-oriented approach and eagerness to learn in a global company
