Salesforce Implementer and Developer

We are recruiting a Salesforce Implementer and Developer for a governmental organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Salesforce platform and lead a CRM system replacement project within the organization
• Accompany the implementing company and manage the end-to-end system implementation
• Take responsibility for architecture design, implementation, and development of customizations and interfaces
• Provide solutions to complex technical issues and work closely with infrastructure, information security, and vendor teams
• Gain in-depth system knowledge and lead the transfer of development and future maintenance responsibilities to internal stakeholders in order to create operational independence

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in CRM systems, including at least 2 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
• Proven experience in Salesforce implementation, project architecture design, and leading implementation in a large-scale project
• Experience developing on Salesforce using Apex and Lightning Components, and developing interfaces using APIs and Web Services
• Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and the CMS module
• Experience in implementing and developing Dynamics CRM in an On-Prem environment and providing end-to-end architectural and technical solutions
