Project Manager & Systems Analyst

FMR develops end-to-end technological solutions for a wide range of organizations in the Israeli capital market, including comprehensive systems, customized software, and unique models. We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Systems Analysis to work on development projects and complex financial systems.

What will you do with us?

• Lead projects end-to-end, working closely with development teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specification documents for development teams
• Plan sprints, break down tasks, prioritize, and track execution (Scrum Master orientation)
• Manage status meetings and lead communication across multiple interfaces
• Build and implement work processes and project management tools (Monday.com)

What do you need to bring to the role?

• At least 4 years of experience managing technological projects
• Strong technological understanding and ability to work closely with development teams -must
• Experience in systems analysis within capital markets / banking / insurance – an advantage
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Monday.com – an advantage
