Junior business operation

At Roojoom, we're on a mission to revolutionize how people interact with technology through advanced conversational AI. Our portfolio includes PickMyCall, an AI voice assistant and productivity tool for small - medium businesses.

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Junior Business Operations team member to support the day-to-day execution of key operational processes across the company. This role is ideal for a fast learner with strong analytical capabilities, high-level English proficiency, and a strong desire to grow within a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in customer operations, customer support, marketing initiatives, and AI system setup, while working closely with cross-functional teams and international customers.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage internal company systems across multiple functions.
• Support ongoing customer support operations, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of AI-based systems.
• Support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize results.
• Analyze operational and customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Work confidently with numbers, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with a broad customer base across the United States and Europe.
• Provide clear, high-level English communication in both written and verbal formats.
• Occasionally work late evening hours to support U.S. customers across time zones.

Qualifications:

• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and work comfortably with numbers.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple operational streams simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Availability for occasional late evening work to support U.S.-based customers.
