DevOps Engineer

Wanted: DevOps Tech Lead for an innovative gaming company in Tel Aviv (hybrid).

This is a very rewarding full‑time position.

The chosen candidate will lead the evolution of the company’s infrastructure, drive key architectural decisions, and enhance system reliability and deployment velocity across large‑scale gaming environments. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who builds solutions—not just maintains them.

Job Responsibilities:

● Develop and scale a multi‑cloud environment (AWS‑focused, with GCP & Azure support)

● Lead architectural strategies prioritizing stability, security, and cost efficiency (FinOps)

● Own CI/CD processes: accelerate pipelines, implement blue‑green & canary rollouts, and improve ephemeral environments

● Establish GitOps practices (ArgoCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) across engineering teams

● Manage production‑grade Kubernetes clusters with full automation for deployments, failovers, and migrations

● Enhance observability (logs, metrics, tracing) and implement SRE methodologies, including incident response and RCA

● Collaborate with backend and data teams on Kafka, Airflow, and complex system migrations

● Integrate modern AI tools to improve efficiency and engineering output

Job Requirements:

● 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles managing large‑scale production systems

● Extensive hands‑on experience with AWS; working knowledge of GCP and Azure

● Deep expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitOps workflows

● Proven ability to design and operate CI/CD pipelines with progressive delivery (canary/blue‑green)

● Ability to write high‑quality production code (Python, .NET, or Go)

● Strong understanding of cloud cost management, security, reliability, and observability

● Ownership mentality, strong communication skills, and a drive to automate everything
