Product Designer

As Trullion continues to scale, we’re seeking a Product Designer to help define the next generation of AI-powered accounting experiences - someone who thrives on solving complex product challenges, owns end-to-end design, and is excited to shape a category-leading product used by finance and audit teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Trullion’s platform visual language, take an active role in design, maintenance, and implementation of the robust component library.
• Lead the full design cycle — from user research, flows, and conceptual design through to pixel-perfect UX/UI delivery across all states and scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to ensure design consistency and execution quality.
• Design intuitive and scalable solutions for B2B SaaS products, ensuring a thoughtful, branded, and user-centric experience.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to support testing, iteration, and customer validation.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions rooted in data, research, and user needs
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally within a product-led SaaS company.
• Experience of creating and maintaining robust Figma libraries, solid knowledge of design system best practices (components, modes, design tokens)
• Experience working with product teams and owning end-to-end feature design.
• Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS or complex systems, with strong UX thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma – must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including flows, UX thinking, and UI execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Good time-management and prioritization skills.
• Advantage: Understanding of HTML/CSS or modern frontend frameworks.
