Mylo is looking for a Ad Monetization Partnerships Manager to join us at a defining moment - as we scale growth and accelerate our U.S. market expansion.

Mylo is an early-stage startup building the next generation of dating apps - designed to help people find meaningful connections, not just matches. We combine thoughtful product design, strong branding, and smart technology to reimagine how dating should feel.
After our successful launch, we’re now gearing up for a massive U.S. expansion, and UA is at the heart of it.
This is a high-impact, hands-on growth role.
This role is primarily about partnerships and revenue.
*You will own Mylo’s monetization partner strategy: sourcing and onboarding SSPs/demand partners, negotiating commercial terms, setting up PMPs / curated deals, and building long-term relationships that consistently increase revenue and stability.
*You’ll work with internal analysts/ops on implementation and optimization, but your core responsibility is to unlock demand and close commercial agreements.
What You'll Do:
- Own Mylo’s ad monetization partnerships roadmap: which partners to work with, why, and how we win
- Source and close deals with SSPs, agencies, and demand partners to maximize revenue in priority geos (especially U.S.)
- Drive PMP / private marketplace deals and curated demand: identify buyers, pitch inventory, negotiate terms, and get deals live
- Negotiate commercial terms (rev share, floors, payment terms, volume incentives, deal structures) and improve economics over time
- Build and manage senior relationships: run QBRs, push escalations, align on growth plans, and secure premium opportunities
- Coordinate internally with UA, product, analytics, and engineering to align monetization plans with user experience and growth priorities
- Own forecasting and partner performance narratives: explain what’s driving revenue changes and what we’re doing next
- Represent Mylo externally at industry conversations, events, and partner networks as we grow our presence
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in mobile ad monetization partnerships / business development (apps preferred; gaming/social a plus)
- Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close monetization partnerships end-to-end
- Strong understanding of the mobile ads ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, agencies, PMPs, programmatic deal structures
- Experience driving PMP/direct demand (or equivalent premium demand motion)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident with senior stakeholders on both sides
- Strong commercial + analytical thinking (you don’t need to be the technical implementer, but you know what questions to ask)
- Fluent English (written + verbal)
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, prioritization, and comfort with ambiguity
Strong Advantage/ Nice to have
Hands-on experience with AdMob mediation / GAM / in-app ad stack implementation
Experience partnering tightly with analysts/ops to run structured tests (floors, demand splits, geo strategy)
Familiarity with policy, brand safety, and ad quality best practices
